2025年10月17日，德科特阀业（上海）有限公司开业典礼于上海闵行区马桥镇隆重举行。

On October 17, 2025, the inauguration ceremony ofdescote Valve (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was grandly held in Shanghai. 

法国驻上海总领事馆领事代表、闵行区、马桥镇领导及行业嘉宾、上海聚氨酯协会领导，中国氯碱工业协会专家，客户代表、媒体代表以及合作伙伴等百余人出席活动，共同见证德科在中国发展的新起点。

Representatives from the French Consulate General in Shanghai, officiers from Minhang District and Maqiao Town, the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Polyurethane Industry Association, security expert of CCAIA, along with customer representatives, media representatives and business partners, totaling over a hundred attendees, gathered to witness this new milestone of descote in China.

Ater welcoming the guests and having the band do the warm-up performance, the ceremony began with videos of congratulations, a sand painting video showcasing the company's brand story, and comapny introduction video.

在主持人对来宾隆重介绍后，德科法国总部总裁李文森先生登台致欢迎词。在致辞中，李文森先生回顾了企业与中国的深厚“缘分”。他自2002年以研究生身份初访中国，便被这片土地深深吸引，十三年的在华经历为他日后执掌德科奠定了重要基础。他介绍，德科的特种阀门事业由他的父亲JP·里谢先生于1974年创立，至今50余年。作为一家家族企业，德科始终专注于高危工业领域阀门解决方案的研发与创新，业务覆盖全球77个国家，在化工、农化、石化及核工业等领域以高标准的安全技术著称。自2010年进入中国市场以来，德科扎根发展、稳步前行。总裁特别感谢中国团队的辛勤付出与客户的长期信任，尤其在疫情期间团队的坚守与贡献令人动容。他表示，德科将持续以安全、可靠、创新的工业精神，服务全国客户，共同推动行业进步。

Following the host gave a grand introduction of the important guests, Mr. Vincnet Richer came on stage to deliver a welcome speech.In his speech, Mr. Vincent RICHET, recalled the company's deep-rooted "connection" with China. His first visit to China as a graduate student in 2002 captivated him, and his 13 years of experience in China laid a crucial foundation for his future leadership at descote. He noted that descote started specialty valve business since his father, Mr. J.P. RICHET taking over descote, in 1974, accumulating over 50 years of expertise. As a family-owned enterprise, descote has consistently focused on the R&D and innovation of valve solutions for high-risk industrial sectors. With a global presence spanning 77 countries, it is renowned for its high-standard safety technologies in fields such as chemicals, agrochemicals, petrochemicals, and the nuclear industry. Since setting representative office in Shanghai in 2010, descote has taken root and progressed steadily. President RICHET expressed particular gratitude to the Chinese team for their hard work and to customers for their long-term trust, especially moved by the team's dedication and contributions during the pandemic. He stated that descote remains committed to serving customers across China with a spirit of safety, reliability, and innovation, jointly promoting industry advancement.

法国驻沪总领事馆经济领事石马天领事随后登台代表法国领事馆表示祝贺。石马天领事在致辞中表示，德科中国子公司的开业是法中两国坚实经贸合作的又一例证，彰显了法国企业在中国市场可持续发展的卓越能力。他指出，德科在核能、石化等尖端工业阀门领域代表了法国的技术卓越性，其引用的“最重要的东西是看不见的”这句格言，恰如其分地描述了众多像德科这样的法国“隐形冠军”企业——却凭借深厚的专业技术和创新精神，成为全球产业链中不可或缺的支柱。德科选择将其亚太总部落户上海，源于法国精湛技术与中国工业活力及高标准市场的完美契合。领事先生同时对闵行区政府给予的支持表示感谢，并期待德科的成功能够激励更多法国中小企业深耕中国市场，共同开创共赢未来。

Mr.Pierre Martin, Economic counselor of Consulate General of the Republic of France in Shanghai, stated in his address that the opening of descote Shanghai subsidiary is another testament to the solid economic and trade cooperation between France and China, demonstrating the outstanding ability of French companies to achieve sustainable development in the Chinese market. He pointed out that descote represents French technical excellence in cutting-edge industrial valve sectors like nuclear energy and petrochemicals. Quoting the maxim of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, "The most important things are invisible," he aptly characterized numerous French "hidden champion" companies like descote —though not always in the spotlight, they are indispensable pillars of the global industrial chain thanks to profound expertise and innovative spirit. descote's choice to locate its Asia-Pacific headquarters in Shanghai stems from the perfect synergy between French technical sophistication and the vitality of Chinese industry coupled with its high-standard market. The Consul also thanked the Minhang District government for its support and expressed hope that descote's success would inspire more French SMEs to deepen their presence in the Chinese market, creating a win-win future together.

闵行区政府张贤副区长代表闵行区政府在法国德科上海公司开业仪式上表示，区政府通过“一企一策”等精准服务机制，为德科提供了产业空间、人才引进等多方面支持。他希望德科未来能充分发挥技术优势，融入区域产业链，成为中法工业合作与技术交流的桥梁。

At the opening ceremony, Ms. ZHANG Xian, Deputy District Chief of Minhang District, stated that the district government provided comprehensive support todescote, including industrial space and talent acquisition assistance, through targeted service mechanisms like "customized solutions for individual enterprises." She expressed hope that descote would fully leverage its technical advantages, integrate into the regional industrial chain, and become a bridge for Sino-French industrial cooperation and technological exchange.

德科特阀业（上海）有限公司总经理龚德在致辞中分享了个人的跨文化背景，为其融汇中法优势奠定了坚实基础。他与法国总部总裁Vincent先生基于深厚信任，共同确立了将纯正法式技艺与创新文化引入中国市场的愿景。他特别指出，该项目的成功落地得益于上海及闵行区、马桥镇政府的大力支持，以及法方伙伴的信任和一个长期追随的核心团队的奉献。展望未来，龚德先生表示该中心将作为德科特在亚洲的新起点，致力于以顶尖的专业服务为客户创造价值，并积极融入上海的发展，成为巩固中法经贸合作与友谊的重要桥梁。

Subsequently, Mr.De Kong shared his personal cross-cultural background provided a solid foundation for integrating French and Chinese strengths in his ThankYOU speech. He introduced that based on deep mutual trust, he and President Vincent RICHET established a shared vision to introduce authentic French technology and innovative culture to the Chinese market. Mr. Kong specially noted that the successful establishment of the project benefited from the strong support of the Shanghai Municipal Government, Minhang District, and Maqiao Town governments, the trust of French partners, and the dedication of a core team that has long supported him. Looking ahead, Mr. KONG stated that the service center would serve as a new starting point for descote in Asia, committed to creating value for customers with top-tier professional services, actively integrating into Shanghai's development, and becoming a vital bridge strengthening Sino-French economic, trade cooperation, and friendship.

典礼现场，舞狮点睛与冰屏剪彩等环节将气氛推向高潮，寓意企业“鸿业腾飞，大吉大利”。

The ceremony reached its climax with a lion dance eye-dotting ceremony and an ice screen ribbon-cutting, symbolizing the company's wishes for "great success and prosperity."

After the ceremony, the guests visited the descote exhibition hall and service center.
